LOOP + Black Country Living Museum
Black Country Living Museum is an amazing open-air museum with a vast outdoor site, diverse visitor offer, and of course the home of the Peaky Blinders.
Our Objectives
BCLM's visitor offer is complex, factoring in tickets, annual passes, groups, schools, memberships, donations, venue hire, weddings, filming enquiries and a busy seasonal events calendar.
On top of that, a responsibility to be the go-to digital resource for Black Country history. That is a lot to ask of any website.
Alongside this, they were also migrating to a new ticketing system, launching both LOOP and Fusemetrix simultaneously. The implementation needed to be smooth and reassuring for the whole team before February Half Term.

The LOOP team delivered a smooth launch, with zero downtime and full SEO / redirect planning to minimise any negative impact of such a large attraction website change.
As the museum continues to grow its reputation and build on its world-class heritage, LOOP is ready to grow with it.
New content areas, seasonal campaigns and audience-specific sections can all be managed by the team without developer support. We are looking forward to being part of what comes next.
